Other Info	Ride Type: Road The East Rim is Closed but that won't stop us from riding most of the rim-both ways! Some of us are camping for a couple of days (September 22, 23) in Union and riding the rim on Wednesday September 23. For the non campers, carpool and join us at the Rim Village as we head out on the West Rim Drive at 10:30. This is an out and back, go as far as you like, entire route is 42 miles and 5100', stop often to enjoy the scenery and bring plenty of food and water. Its a bit over 2 hours to the park and there is an entrance fee per vehicle or use your National Park interagency pass.
