Weather is the big unknown. Tuesday looks the driest but expect 40s to low 50s. Snow and rain in the forecast for Sunday and Monday, so mud could be a factor. There are many reasons to AVOID this ride!

Given the questionable weather I want to stay closer to home and Oktoberfest fit the bill. This is a variation of the Dirty Freehub route.

I am amazed at the remoteness of this route given that we start in Bend proper. Tumalo Falls is always a treat. A true mixed terrain route. Single track fun, lots of it, but not overly technical. Route finding can be tricky at times.

It's always good to have the route on your Garmin, Wahoo, or phone.

Visitors are welcome on their first club ride for free, but must Join online as a Guest member, prior to the ride. Please Join as a regular member before attending your second club ride.
Please show up on time, follow the route and ride plan, maintain the listed pace, and cycle safely and cooperatively.
All riders MUST wear a helmet and carry ID
