If at first you don't succeed... It's going to be a very cool January ride (in both senses). Expect 40 to 50 degrees, little sun, and a bit of wind. Feels like temps about 5 degrees below that.

Please read your emails Wednesday morning in case there is a last minute ride cancellation. Otherwise this should be lots of type 1 fun and a sprinkling of type 2.

I drew on the deep knowledge of the Eagle Crest area from Rob and Sarah. The route is like Alpaca in reverse with Cline Butte thrown in.

About 50% paved so bring a blinkie or better yet a radar device. Could be muddy, should be adventurous. 

Start is at the Maston TH in Tumalo. Arrive early enough for an 11am start.

Please bring a bike GPS, loaded with this route. Turns happen quickly and you need to be responsible for your own navigation.
