ZWIFT

As we continue to ride outdoors during this beautiful Fall season, some of us have slightly turned our focus to our favorite indoor training App-ZWIFT!  The ZRL (Zwift Racing League) has begun with its first of four racing rounds. (Our C Squad is currently tied for First place in a league predominately made up of racers from the UK, Norway, Netherlands and Sweden.) We have approximately forty COW's members or friends of COW's that partake in Weekly workouts or Racing.  Please read below if interested in Thursday and Saturday Workouts or Racing on Tuesdays.  Our Motto is "Never be out of Shape."

Zwift Racing League


Are you ready to race!  You Zwifters out there that have participated in any Zwift races know how much fun they can be.  This is the COW's fifth season competing in the ZRL.  Let's virtually race together this Winter on Tuesday mornings at 11:00ish AM (PST) for our C Team (we have 2 teams, an upper (10:45 AM) and lower (11:00 AM) C LEVEL) and 4:30 PM (PST) for our D Team.  VERY EXCITED to announce for the first year we have an ALL Women's team that will be competing in the Women's D Category at 11:15 AM.  Our D team has quite few spots available, so please consider joining.  Round two of four begins November 4th and ends six weeks later. 

We are recruiting for an ALL WOMEN'S TEAM!!!!

Our Women's team is ready to roll!  For the first time the COW Gals will be racing in Round 2 starting on Nov. 4th.  The Women would participate in the 11:15 am (PST) division.  It is not too late to join we welcome all women to join.

Zwifties Work Outs


Zwifties workouts' will begin in November!   Zwifties consisting of Wheelers and friends of Wheelers who are not interested in racing but want to continue to train throughout the winter.   We had such a great turnout for those workouts with somedays pushing twenty riders.  The beauty is you never fall behind, as lonf as you keep pedaling!  Zwift MAGIC keeps you with the group while you train in your specific power zones, never anyone else's power zones.  This allows D riders to ride with A riders. 

Our Workout days are Thursday's and Saturday's starting at 9:00 AM (PST).  Thursday is a higher Power Zone workout lasting no longer than an hour.  Our Saturday workout will will between 1.5-2 hrs. long.  Our motto is "Never be out of Shape."  If you are looking to keep that cycling shape going, join us as we believe in riding with others make it easier to achieve that goal.
