Meeting (9:30-11:00)- This is an important meeting to discuss this year's ambitious ride schedule.

• The weekly schedule for Road, Gravel and MTB schedule
• Our New Ride Submission form
• Finding routes within the Ride with GPS Library 
• 100K Club
• Small Group Planning
• Open discussion

Ride leader training RIDE (11:15-12:15)- If you are going to participate in this training ride please be prepared to ride with your bike.  We do have changing rooms to change into your cycling clothes. 

Multiple scenarios  include:

• heavy traffic
• crossing highways
• regrouping
• hills/breakaways
• mechanical/medical
• pace line (if enough time)
• rotary negotiation

Plan on staying after and we can debrief after the ride.  We will send Ride leader guidelines prior to the ride.  The COW's website also has ride leader guidelines on the website.  

In order to sign up for multiple registrations you will need to register each one at a time.  this is much easier on the Wild Apricot APP.
