Many of you are aware that Dr. Rob Kassan has joined the Foundation Health and Fitness Wellness Center to continue his over 20 years of expertise in blending traditional Chinese medicine with modern practices at Bend Medical Acupuncture.  His practice is housed in the Foundation Health & Fitness Wellness facility.   

Doc Rob offers a 10% discount to Foundation Health members for $153.00 per visit.  A COWs member will only pay $125.00 per visit.

Wheeler's Open House

When: Friday, December 13th

Time: 10:30 AM

Purpose: To take advantage of FHF Corporate Rate we need at least 5 people to attend this Friday.  You will not be able to sign up for these deals on-line.  If you can not make it this Friday but want to purchase one of the packages, PLEASE register in person by Jan. 1.  

Schedule:

10:30-10:55- Sign up for your package.  Tour of facilities (there is a 1-on-1 session of Pilates in the Pilates Reformer Studio and an Introductory Ballet class in the Yoga Studio).

11:00-?- Spend time in their Recovery Room (Infrared sauna, Inversion tables, and Nomatec Compression system). 

OR

11:00-11:50 - You could take a Class (on the House) "Strength Fundamentals" run by Performance Manager and Coach "Sebi" Bascur.  Anyone that attended last May's Wheeler Classes knows what a great instructor Sebi is.
