MTB 101 - Skills and Drills

Ride Classification	Leader
Beginner Mountain Bike	Bruce Willhite

MTB Skills and Drills:

Riding Gear, Bike Setup (tire/shock pressure, seat height), Balance Drills, Braking, Cornering, Climbing, Descending, Ride Line Selection, Pedaling and Beginner Mistakes.

We will practice skills on Gravel Paths adjacent to the Brookswood Plaza. Ride up and down single track to Sunset Hill. (Approx. 2 miles)

AQI >100 cancels ride.

Visitors are welcome on their first club ride for free, but must Join online as a Guest member, prior to the ride. Please Join as a regular member before attending your second club ride.
Please show up on time, follow the route and ride plan, maintain the listed pace, and cycle safely and cooperatively.
All riders MUST wear a helmet and carry ID
