Bend Town Gravel

Tuesday looks sunny enough for a ride, so please join me at Pilot Butte trailhead at 1. If you want lunch before, I will be on my bike at River's Place at Noon, and then pedal over to Pilot Butte by 1. We will have a quick introduction, and then follow Larkspur Trail and the Historic Canal trail down to the big Siphon Pipe along the Deschutes, 20-miles out and back. The gravel is very mild, so most tire sizes should work well, as you feel best. I will try to keep this ride social, with regrouping at the major road crossings. I love going up the Butte, which I will do once or twice at the end of the ride, so you can choose whether you want the added elevation or not
