LAST DAY TO REGISTER IN SEPTEMBER 6th!!
Crater Lake National Park’s deep blue water and soaring caldera walls have long attracted the wonder and admiration of people. The deepest lake in the United States, with a depth of 1,943 feet, Crater Lake is also one of the cleanest and clearest bodies of water in the world. Largely pristine old growth forests surround the lake and support a diversity of Cascades plant and wildlife.  

One of the great rides of Oregon! Help organize a group ride. Register to see who else is going.  We can work on carpooling the week before.  Last time we did this we tailgated afterward.  So pack some food and some cold beverages and plan on hanging before we hit the road.

CONSTRUCTION IN THE PARK As you may already know, there is a portion of the East Rim that has been under construction for most of the summer.  The area just past Cleetwood Cove up to White Bark Pine (in a clockwise direction) will remain under construction during the Ride the Rim 2023 event.  We will see a packed gravel section for approximately 6 miles for the 9/9 event, similar to what you see in the image above.  We will also see one lane paved for the 9/16 event, with the other lane remaining gravel.  Rest assured the construction crew will make the area as passable as possible for all participants, however, it is ultimately up to you to decide whether the area is passable for YOUR bike.  We will also see the road to the Cloudcap Overlook closed during both events as that area will also be under construction.
