End of Season Picnic and Rides from Discovery Park!

Join us for FIRST Annual End of Season Picnic Rides at Discovery Park!  Don't miss this COW's Event!  This event is being catered by Cody's Catering.  Check out  the Menu we have planned for that day!  We thank all those that have volunteered in advance and we will be in touch the week of the picnic.

Any  non-riding members please sign up for The Slider's Buffet or Vegetarian option.  If additional members volunteer to lead pre-defined routes, it would allow us to open up more riding spots for members.  E-Mail Brian if you can help lead.  

Anyone that would like the Vegetarian option (Stuffed Pepper) please click here, find your name on the spreadsheet and click the check box that you are ordering the Stuffed Pepper.  You will also receive all of the sides.

All members are enthusiastically invited at no cost  Also bring your non-riding friend - a non-member, picnic-only option, is available in registration - $20 to be paid at picnic or online.

Please, no alcohol at this event. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks.     

Discovery Park only has four large picnic tables under their pavilion, with plenty of grass space available as well.  Bring your own chair if you'd like.  

Six rides will start around 10:15 am and end in Discovery Park between 12:30 and 1:00 pm.  Please arrive by 10:00 am for Pre ride talk and Club Picture. The rides will all tour the westside and Tumalo area and range from 25 and 40 miles with moderate climbing.  Archie Briggs is a challenge for the A, B and C rides!

As many of you know, Oregon will be experiencing an Annular Solar Eclipse on that day.  Bend itself is expecting a partial eclipse with a max time of 9:20 am.  Click here to see info on Eclipses scheduled for Bend.  Better viewing will be South of Bend
