Happy Valley

This is Day 2 for people that wish to do both rides.  Please sign up for 1 or both rides.

This is the short (31 mile) version of Dirty Freehub's "Happy Valley" gravel ride by eliminating the stick of the lollipop. Full description at  "Happy Valley" dirtyfreehub.com. This is offered as a second day of gravel riding following the Bird Nerd ride on Saturday 10/8.  Start location has been moved to Historic Diamond Hotel.  Hotel owner welcomes us for a post ride drink at her place.  Historic Diamond Hotel does have some available rooms for Saturday night.   This route has not been scouted by ride leaders. Note that on this new GPS map, it indicates more pavement, this is the same route and from the looks of it the Happy Valley road does appear to be gravel.

There are a number of riders staying at Narrows RV park, Best Western in Burns and the Historic Diamond Hotel.  Crane Hot Springs lodging is sold out, however there may be tent sites available.

An AQI of 100 will cancel this ride.
