I led this ride last July, but in the other direction. This opposite direction will give us a better view of the mountains which will probably be covered with snow by then. It also makes the ride easier since the climbing only ranges from 2 to 4%. We will have 7.5 miles of gravel roads and 20 miles of double tracks.

After some rain on Sunday the riding surface should be firm and certainly not dusty. I am using 700cx50mm tires but 40mm will work as well. You can use your e-bike if you wish.

Since it is going to be a cold day we will start after lunch to enjoy the afternoon sun. We may get a bit of rain (8% chance) so bring a waterproof layer.
