Weather is going to be nice and cool Tuesday. If you like to minimize your drive, explore, climb, ride singletrack, and earn a great view - this is your ride. We climb from my driveway to the Bearwallow Butte radio tower. After the rolling first 5 miles, we'll climb the next 12 miles with an average gradient of 5%.  After ogling at the views from the summit (assuming we aren't socked in), it is a somewhat technical downhill from the top to Mrazek for 8 miles of downhill, greenish, and definitely fun singletrack.  We might hit snow, downed trees, trolls, who knows. This ride took me 3 and 1/2 hours last year (moving time).

9:30am start from my house on the westside of Bend, near COCC. I'll send the address to all registrants, but you can get pretty close using the route map.

No water or services. We might not see a person or car after the first few miles.

FYI, I ride 700x40 tires.

It's always good to have the route on your Garmin, Wahoo, or phone.

Vaccinated riders only. Thank you
