This series of workouts combines the Zwift Academy Event with a 30-Minute Climb 4-week workout block.

20will%20be%20a%20bit%20more%20experienced%20at%20performing%20these%
20intervals%20correctly%2C%20but%20you%20will%20also%20be%20a%20little%
20tired%20from%20yesterday%27s%20intervals.%20Keep%20to%20the%20lower%
20end%20of%20the%20prescribed%20ranges%20for%20the%20first%20interval%20to%
20help%20ensure%20high%20quality%20in%20the%20second%20half%20of%20the%
20set.%20If%20you%20can%27t%20hold%20the%20ranges%20in%20the%20fourth%
20interval%2C%20stop%20the%20effort%20and%20ride%20easy.%20That%27s%20a%
20sign%20that%20the%20two%20day%20block%20of%20training%20did%20what%20it%
