Zwift - 45s Sprint Training Descending Intervals
 60 min/Zwift Magic/Stay together Colin DuPlantis   

4x(60 seconds, 45 seconds, 30 seconds, 15 seconds) Descending Intervals w/ equal rest between intervals, and 5 minutes rest between sets

Descending Intervals are similar to the other sprints and Power Intervals that you have been doing. The main difference is how your power should change during each set. These are full on sprints, but each one gets shorter so we hope to see your power go up with each effort! Remember, your best sprint power comes from a higher cadence 85+ rpm plus 100% pressure to the pedals. Really give it that big kick from the start of each interval and shift as you accelerate. This workout will leave you feeling tired and happy at the end. Just remember to take on some calories during the workout you will need them!
