Zwifters This is week THREE! This the third of a four week goal to take on Alpe du Zwift.
Your body will be tired from the lactate threshold work over the past 2.5 weeks, but you should still be able to do a fairly challenging session successfully. The goal is to do these intervals at the upper reaches of your aerobic system without crossing over to your lactate threshold intensity.
