Calling All Zwifters!!  Looking at the forecast, and the Deschutes National Forest highly discouraging our MTB rides, feel free to jump on Colin's training train for the month of April.  Colin has planned out a 4 week program to give your FTP a boost.  This the first of a four week goal to take on Alpe de Zwift.

Steady State Intervals

The intent of today's Steady State intervals is to increase your sustainable power at lactate threshold by accumulating significant riding time at your current threshold. This workout will ultimately improve your ability to ride at a higher sustained pace for long periods of time.
