This is an out-and-back following the Crooked River Canyon, one of the most scenic of the Oregon Scenic Bikeway routes.

Meet on the west side of the Crook County Court House, ready to ride at 9:00.

We'll head south out of town down the scenic Crooked River Canyon, then climb to the top of Bowman Dam. Since it's an out-and-back route, it's perfect for those who might want a few extra miles (by heading past the dam, up the canyon), or a few less (by skipping the last climb up to the top of the dam). It's as good a fun-for-all ride as you can find.

We could do this as a leaderless ride, but it would be best if one or more stepped up to lead and keep track of the gang. Let me know if you'll take a lead.

Plan on gathering on Good Bike's patio for a sandwich (really good sandwich shop next door) and beverage after the ride.

Visitors are welcome on their first club ride for free, but must Join online as a Guest member, prior to the ride. Please Join as a regular member before attending your second club ride.
Please show up on time, follow the route and ride plan, maintain the listed pace, and cycle safely and cooperatively.
All riders MUST wear a helmet and carry ID
