Picnic and Rides!

Join us for the picnic ride. David Garcia and Susan Klarquist are organizing the after-ride picnic in Discovery Park. Food will be simple summer fare with Chef Garcia manning the grill. Veggie alternatives too.  Please register soon! If you are eating with us, please register by July 26.

Change: No Alcohol at this year's event. Due to the larger group size Bend P&R rules are more stringent. You can bring your own beverages, but no alcohol and NO GLASS. We will have a cooler available at the beginning of the ride to place your cans. 

3 rides (B, C, & D) are available that will all start at 10am and end in Discovery Park around lunch time.  The rides will all go to the Tumalo area and range between 25 and 45 miles. See bottom for more ride info.

All members are enthusiastically invited at no cost (non members - $10 to be paid at picnic). Bring your non-riding friend - a non-rider, picnic-only option, is available in registration. 

There are two large picnic tables under the Discovery Park gazebo. Bring a chair if you want to ensure a non-ground sitting spot. There is grass and tree shade around the picnic area.

We can always use another cooler. If you have an extra cooler that you'd like to donate for the event, please bring it to the start (<10am) with ice or (pro tip): 6 or more filled frozen water bottles!
