Let's get 2018 started with a ride south of Bend. C pace because I will be riding my gravel bike. My Cervelo doesn't have the frame clearance for the cinders that remain on the shoulder so gravel bike it is. While the ride is on a paved road, the cinders kind of make it a gravel ride in places, so bring the bike of your choice. Scenic ride from the OWW2 subdivision across the Deschutes River to Burgess Road and back. Smooth pavement and no steep hills. Lots of Lodgepole and Ponderosa scenery. The ride will start and end at my house with lots of paved parking available.
