No-Smoke Optimists Prineville-Crooked River-Millican Loop

We Start off in beautiful, smoke-free (I hope!) Prineville and head south on Crooked River Highway -- submitted as the next Oregon Scenic Bike Route. We have the option at any point in doing an out-and-back, or making the loop past the Prineville Reservoir dam, east on Reservoir Road, and back north to Prineville on silky smooth, quiet Millican Road. Depending on interest, we can even break into two groups and do both. We'll make the decision based on preference. It's supposed to be hot, but not smokey in that area.
