Sundance Ramble (SE Bend)

This is a short, and relatively flat, low-traffic ride in the Sundance Meadows area of southeast Bend. In 1996, the Skeleton fire burned a significant portion of this area, thus opening up big views of both the Cascades and Ochocos. The ride starts and ends at the LDS (Mormon) church (60800 Tekampe Rd.). Tekampe is the eastern extension of S.E. 15th St., so essentially it's on the corner of S.E. 15th and Knott Rd. Consider this ride to be a B+ pace ... it's flat, so we may slightly exceed the 12 mph average speed that characterizes a B ride, but we won't hammer.
