Howdy Cowdogs! This is an off the beaten track gravel route, that takes us up to the Pine Mountain Observatory (6200'), through the Millican Valley.

A 9:30 am start from the OHV parking lot at Ford Road and Spencer Wells Rd/FS23. No services. Please arrive early enough for a 9:30 departure.
Pros: Only 40 minutes from Bend. Lots of unpaved riding. You probably haven't ridden this. Lot's of climbing.
Cons: Could be sandy. Lot's of climbing.
Difficulty: sustained 7% climb that is a bit gnarly and some sand patches that may require hike-a-bike.
Worthy Brewery afterwards is a likely addon.
